My Favorite Cat
From the title you would've assumed that the cat is my pet, right? Well, this cat I'm talking about is a comic book character that was created in the 70's in Tokyo, Japan. His name is Doraemon. He is a mechanical cat from the 22nd. century. He loves to eat red bean buns and is afraid of mice.(He currently has no ears because they were bitten off by a mouse!!) He has a magic front pocket that produces everything he needs...even doors to other parts of the world.....He is owned by a fourth grader by the name of Nobito.
The comic was then translated into Chinese in Hong Kong so his name was translated as Ding Dong (because the bell he wears on his neck). Millions of copies of the comics were sold and Ding Dong/Doraemon cartoons were loved by people of all ages!
